"Mark and his staff did an amazing job for my husband's funeral luncheon. My daughter and I talked with Mark and he was able to get the luncheon together within 5 days. We had many calls into caterers, Mark was our first call back and we were so thankful. The worse time of my life was made better by Mark's professionalism and not having to worry about feeding my guests and all the prep that goes along with it. All the guests raved about the food! It was hot and cooked to perfection. I was concerned to serve my guests roast beef (it's always dry when served at events) but Mark explained his whole process on how he cooks his beef, and it turned out amazing. We also had the Tuscan Chicken, Roasted Red Potato's, Pasta Bar with 3 sauces, California Vegetables and Salad and Rolls. I would give the whole luncheon a "10". The staff also cleared the tables and quietly did the take down while my kids were sharing stories about their Dad. The staff was very respectful to our day.
The luncheon was served at the White Timbers Winery - shout out to them also for accommodating us on a day that their facility is normally closed. My family has already decided to hire Mark for our holiday dinners.

"Catering by Mark Difeo was the selected caterer for a recent event, at the Joseph Saxton Gallery of Photography (rental venue) in Canton, Ohio. Mark not only planned the party, but he exclusively covered the event, for our guests. Mark was wonderful. The guests commented that the food was delicious.
